Apartamento Rene is on the first floor of one of the most beautiful eclectic buildings in Vedado, dating back to the 30´s. The apartment is on the corner of 15 St. and the central and well-known L St.

It has two air-conditioned rooms, a bathroom with hot/cold water round the clock, living and dining-bar rooms, which are nice places to enjoy some drink and relax. The well equipped kitchen will let you prepare your breakfasts and foods in a homelike atmosphere. From the balcony you will be able to appreciate a nice view of the area and inhabitants walking up and down the street, as well as enjoying the pleasant breeze from the sea, which is just one block away.

You can rent the whole apartment with a room in exclusive, or the apartment with the two rooms. If you rent it for a long-term staying you will get a discount.

The owners, Rene and his wife will receive you and they are willing to help you during your stay in Havana, as well as with reservations of lodgings in other places of Cuba, reservations of buses, taxis, currency exchange and any information you might need. The apartment has security 24 hours a day and stays neatly clean and well assisted.

Additionally the owners offer laundry service and taxi services. Havana Airport private pick-up service is also available. To be able to pick up you ask for the service in advance and inform your arrival flight number and time. The private pick-up cost $CUC 25.

The two rooms are air conditioned; the bathroom has cold and hot water 24 hours a day. Each room has a matrimonial bed and one room also has an extra personal bed. The rooms are cleaned daily. The house guarantees clean towels and bed sheets, which are changed regularly.

Nearby attractions: Apartamento Rene is in a perfect location in Vedado. The apartment is right in the center of the capital night life. The best Havana night clubs and cabarets are around this area and Tropicana Cabaret is only 10-minute drive from there. In the area take place important festivals such as the Festival of Cinema, the Jazz Festival, the Carnival of Havana and many other important events.

If you like walking, you can get to Old Havana in about 20 minutes on foot, along the seafront boulevard, known as Malecón, enjoying the sea sight; or in just 5 minutes in car.
